These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the CuratePlan platform, operated by SEO by Yoni FZC in the United Arab Emirates.
By using CuratePlan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Platform role and scope
CuratePlan is a lead generation and matching platform. We do not provide catering services, manage events, negotiate pricing, or participate in agreements between clients and catering companies.
Our role is strictly limited to delivering service requests to matching catering providers.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using the platform, submitting a request, or purchasing services, users confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, Platform Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy.
3. Clients
Clients understand and accept that:
CuratePlan does not guarantee responses, proposals, pricing, or outcomes
Catering companies are independent providers
CuratePlan is not responsible for service quality, communication methods, availability, or performance
Personal data will be shared with selected catering companies
Any dispute related to catering services must be resolved directly with the provider
CuratePlan does not verify the accuracy of information submitted by clients.
4. Catering companies
Catering companies understand and accept that:
Leads represent potential inquiries only
Lead quality, conversion, and outcomes are not guaranteed
Clients are free to choose any provider
Credits do not guarantee contracts or revenue
Companies must not engage in spam, invasive communication, aggressive sales practices, or misuse of client data.
CuratePlan reserves the right to remove companies from the platform for violations or reported misconduct.
5. Lead credits
Companies may purchase lead credits
Credits do not expire and are not transferable
Five free lead credits are added monthly to each company account
Free credits have no monetary value and may be modified or discontinued
Paid credits are non refundable unless CuratePlan terminates the relationship
Prices are listed exclusively in AED.
6. Account suspension and termination
CuratePlan may suspend or terminate client or company access at its discretion, including cases of misuse, fraud, spam, or abuse of the system.
In cases of platform initiated termination, unused paid credits may be refunded. Free credits are never refundable.
7. Articles and sponsored content
CuratePlan may offer dedicated or sponsored articles for catering companies.
Organic reach or commercial results are not guaranteed
Intellectual property belongs to SEO by Yoni FZC
Content may use publicly available materials unless otherwise requested
AI assisted tools may be used during drafting, with final human review
Once drafting begins, services are non-refundable
8. Private branded quoters
CuratePlan may provide private branded quoting tools to companies on a monthly basis.
Tools remain the property of SEO by Yoni FZC
Access is granted as a usage license only
Non-payment may result in deactivation after a grace period
No guarantee of leads or performance is provided
9. Acceptable use
Users must not:
Submit false or misleading information
Use the platform to harm competitors
Attempt to exploit the credit system
Interfere with platform operations
Violations may result in account termination.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, CuratePlan and SEO by Yoni FZC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CuratePlan and SEO by Yoni FZC from claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within UAE jurisdiction.
